Meals

Where are my meals made and who by?

Your meals will be made in our commercial kitchen in Manchester. Our expert chefs cook using only fresh, locally sourced and quality ingredients.

How do I choose my meals? Is there a menu?

We have the beauty of no set menu! When completing your order you can select which ingredients you do not like and you will never get a meal containing this. You will receive a different variety each delivery designed by our nutritional experts. Eating healthy never has to be boring again.

Are my meals fresh or frozen?

All fresh. Our meals are created and sent out fresh twice per week so there's no need to freeze anything.

Will I receive duplicate meals?

The more ingredients you exclude, the less variety. Our menu is designed to give you all different meals each delivery but if you cannot eat all the meals on the certain delivery days menu due to your ingredient exclusions and/or special requirements, you may be given a duplicate meal.

Do you do vegetarian and vegan meals?

Yes, we cater for vegetarians and vegans although variety is a little more limited but we are constantly working harder than ever to create more options.

Can you accommodate intolerances and allergies?

Yes, when ordering you can select the following preferences:

Gluten intolerance
Dairy intolerance
and the following allergies
Nut allergy
Sesame seed allergy
Shellfish allergy
Egg allergy

If its not there, your best to send us an email to see if we can accommodate you.

Can you accommodate halal?

Yes, when ordering you can select this preference.

Delivery

How does home delivery work?

We deliver NATIONWIDE twice per week on Sundays and Wednesdays so it’s all fresh.

On Sundays you receive meals for Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.

On Wednesdays you receive meals for Thursday, Friday and Saturday.

Can you deliver to different addresses on Sundays and Wednesdays?

Yes, you can enter both addresses and specific days in your account. Home on Sundays and work on Wednesdays if that suits you.

How do I know when my delivery is due?

You will receive a one hour time slot text on the morning of your delivery. This will include all tracking information so you can see exactly where the delivery van is up to.

What happens if I am not in?

The driver will leave your box in your safe place, at your door or where they deem suitable. You can select for it to be left in a safe place or neighbour through the app or text.

What are my meals delivered in?

Fully recyclable temperature controlled packaging to keep your meals cool for up to 48 hours.

What do I do with my packaging?

All our packaging is recyclable so place it in your recycling bin. You can keep and reuse whatever you like.

How much is home delivery?

Home delivery is £6.99 per delivery and we deliver twice week. Total is £13.99 per week. We use the best possible packaging and courier for the ultimate service.

Do you deliver to the Scottish Highlands?

Yes, but if your postcode is listed below your delivery will be once per week on Wednesdays only due to your location. A week’s worth of meals will be sent at once and the latter half of the weeks meals will need to be frozen. Delivery is still £13.99 per week.

Orders

What do I do if my order is incorrect or damaged?

When you accept delivery if you find that any products are incorrect or are in an unacceptable condition then you must inform us immediately and we shall inspect the product. We shall ask for photographic evidence and for the product to be returned to us so we can rectify this for you.

 

How do I pause my order for holidays?

Login to your account, under my subscriptions heading you can select to view your subscripton and change the status of your order to stop.

How do I cancel my order?

Login to your account, under my subscriptions heading you can select to view your subscripton and change the status of your order to stop.

 

How do I change my order?

Login to your account, under my subscriptions heading you can select to view your subscripton and edit your preferences.

Overseas Delivery

This includes Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Channel Islands and Europe.

How does delivery overseas work?

Delivery will be once per week on Wednesdays due to your location. A week’s worth of meals will be sent at once and the latter half of the weeks meals will need to be frozen. 

How much is delivery overseas?

Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland is £29.99 per delivery/per week

Channel Islands is £39.99 per delivery/per week

Zone 1 - Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Holland is £29.99 per delivery/per week

Zone 2 - France, Germany, Monaco is £39.99 per delivery/per week

Zone 3 - Austria, Azores, Denmark, Finland, Greece, Italy, Madeira, Portugal, Spain is £49.99 per week/per delivery

Zone 4 - Hungary, Poland, Slovenia is £49.99 per delivery/per week

Zone 5 - Bulgaria, Cyprus, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania is £49.99 per week/per delivery
